Employment transfer from UPS to UPS Shop

Practiced evening, UPSers, I'1000 an employee who's been working in the warehouse at a UPS hub for some time at present. Long story short this hub is quite far from my firm, and to exist honest I don't entirely enjoy the job, merely I would similar to continue working for the visitor at least until I terminate college. I know UPS Store is technically run independently of UPS, but I'm wondering what the possibility of transferring from UPS to UPS Store is, or if quitting to go work for Store is even worth it in the first place?
